First brewed for the singles bar at Peterborough Beer fest 2014. An annual special to commemorate Jim Irving

Tasting Notes: Big body from a hedonistic combination of pale malts plus intense hopping in the steep and over-generous dry hopping yields a beer that’s above and beyond an India Pale Ale. Lots of citrus, sage and pine flavour. Not for the faint-hearted

DXB 4.6

Chestnut in colour with plenty of maltiness. Balanced with late-hopped spicy character

Egyptian Cream 4.5

A Milk Stout with a velvety mouthfeel and a deep, full richness created with a range of malts and flaked oats with a little extra lactose sweetness. The beer the pharoahs wish they had invented.
