A fruity refreshing take on a classic Eighty shilling ale.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red with toasted malt and caramel aroma. A delicate toasted flavour with a light fruity crispness.

This straw gold beer has a malty backbone provided by the pale ale malt and wheat, while its hops impart an aromatic, zesty citrus accent, with a hint of lemon and a satisfying, hoppy finish.

This copper-red porter is brewed with pale ale and crystal malts, along with a blend of British hops, resulting in a full-bodied, smooth, rounded character, with dark fruits.

Boulder Beach 4.4

Tasting Notes: Boulder Beach is a bright 4.4% golden, single hop American Pale Ale. The Columbus hop offers both aroma and bitterness with offers herbal and strong lemon citrus flavours, with a bold punchy hoppy finish for such a smooth beer.

Brodgar Rye Ale 4.4

Tasting Notes: Auburn-coloured beer has a full-bodied character, with big fruit and spicy rye and hop flavours for a powerful drinking experience, balanced by a toasty rye malt background

Cliff Edge IPA 4.7

Utilising a tantalising trio of American Hops to push you to the edge of your senses with an intense impact of fruit flavours, then piney and spicy before dropping to a crash of bitter zestiness.

Tasting Notes: Pale copper IPA intense citrus and piney aromas, tropical fruit then spicy flavours, lasting zesty mouth-watering bitterness.

Clootie Dumpling 4.3

This fruity spiced winter ale exhibits all the warming characters of the famous Clootie Dumpling

Tasting Notes: This seasonal beer is a light tawny colour, with a rich, fruity nose, leading to a soft, rounded palate with seasonal spices to finely complement the malt and hop flavours.

Corncrake Golden Ale 4.1

A Straw gold Session ale

Tasting Notes: Crisp hops perfectly balance the biscuity maris otter to provide a thirst quenching ale with soft citrus( apricot and peach) flavours throughout. Corncrake is named after the rare and elusive bird which enjoys the natural habitats of Orkney. A donation from the sale of each bottle goes to support the RSPB's Corncrake conservation work in Scotland.

Dark Island 4.6

Dark Island is an iconic beer: a standard-bearer for traditional Scottish ales. In cask, this beer has twice won CAMRA’s Champion Beer of Scotland

Tasting Notes: Exhibiting a ripe fruity chocolate nose, Dark island is balanced by flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits, figs and nuts.

Dark Island Reserve 10.0

Dark Island reserve is a rich strong Orcadian Ale. After a gentle fermentation at our brewery in Quoyloo, the beer is finished in old oak casks formerly used to mature fine scotch malt whisky.

Tasting Notes: This unhurried process creates a timeless classic full of fruit, spice, oak and roast malt flavours.

Dragonhead Stout 4

A truly classic Stout

Tasting Notes: This beer is brimming over with rich roast malt and roast barley flavours. Aromas of bitter chocolate, roast coffee and spicy dark fruits. complemented by a complex, bitter blend of traditional hop varieties.

Kittiwake 4.4

Inspired by the maritime environment shared by Belhaven and Orkney, this fruity pale ale has a tang of salt spray along with the zesty citrus of cascade and centennial hops. As fresh as the sea.

Latitude 3.9

A crisp refreshing Pilsner style beer

Tasting Notes: A straw gold colour with a fresh hoppy herbaceous aroma. Slightly spicy, refreshing with citrus notes and a lingering fresh green hop flavour

Man O' Hoy Pale Ale 4.2

Tasting Notes: Deep Golden Ale with summer scents of soft and dark fruit. Flavours of citrus and mango with a soft malt background, creamy, hoppy and a long bitter fruity finish

Norseman 4.4

A new addition to the range. Brewed in honour of our brave Northern men. Strong, lively Pale Ale with a deep gold colour and flavours of Pine and Cedar.

Northern Light Blonde Ale 4

A delicate hoppy pale ale, light and refreshing

Tasting Notes: A pale straw colour. Refreshing citrus flavours dominate the palate with hints of Brioche and fresh bread, giving way to a clean refreshing hoppy aftertaste.

Ocean Mist 4.4

Tasting Notes: Ocean Mist is a 4.4% Hazy IPA, with the appearance of pale coastal mist, then fruit basket aromas, bursting with citrus, mango and peach. It has a smooth creamy body with a soft fulsome finish of lemon and lime

Orkney Gold 4.5

A crisp refreshing Golden hoppy Beer

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear gold with a sweet aroman of lemon and Apricot. Refreshingly crisp with zesty sweet lemon, mandarin and apricot on the palate, balanced by a juicy malt background

Raven Amber Ale 3.8

Amber, Malty, Bitter, Tangy & Balanced

Tasting Notes: Raven ale's dominant malt character is a balance between juicy pale ale malt and a biscuity, toasty malt flavour, this gives way to a clean spicy orange bitterness.

Red MacGregor Ruby Ale 4.0

Red Macgregor is a unique beer: delicate and sophisticated yet the robust cask conditioned version of this beer was the first Scottish beer to win the BIIA World Cask Beer Gold Medal.

Tasting Notes: A brilliant ruby red colour, deliciously perfumed with hints of spicyness. Rich hop fruits giving way to a clean dry refreshing floral hop bitterness.

Skull Splitter 8.5

One of our strongest beers, named after Thorfinn Einarsson the 7th Viking Earl of Orkney

Tasting Notes: A rich fruity wine-like complexity on the palate includes fresh and dried fruits, warm exotic apices and alight summer citrus fruits. Sophisticated, Satiny Smooth with a deceptively light character. Rated 100 "World Class" by Beer advocate

Wavebreaker Blonde Ale 4.3

This brew uses the innovative New Zealand Hop Motueka. This hop alongside a touch of biscuity Vienna malt offers flavours akin to Key lime pie.

Tasting Notes: Blond beer, lively lemon and lime aromas, then stone fruit flavours with biscuit malt and a creamy finish.
