Overlooking Aberdyfi’s old ship building yard, nearly all our bedrooms have fabulous sea views of the Dyfi estuary. The main house, being originally a terrace of fisherman cottages, offers rooms of various shapes and sizes dating back to the mid 18th century. Each with a distinctive character, you can be sure of a room to meet your taste and budget whether it be a small double, standard double or a king size with decorative fire place. double or twin tileThe larger Bodehlig Rooms on the other hand offer modern style and comfort, each with private parking and its own terrace or balcony commanding truly amazing views of coast and country. Contemporary in design, Penhelig House offers two level, loft syle accommodation of the highest standard. As well as the most incredible views, the first floor boasts a double bedroom and superb bathroom, whilst below features a lounge with sofa beds if required and dining area with private terrace. Penhelig houseDogs are most welcome at The Penhelig Arms, everywhere except Penhelig House and the restaurant. However, if you would like to dine, or indeed breakfast with your pet then we will happily accommodate your table in the lounge or Fisherman’s Bar. The hotel offers fee wifi throughout (although due to the thickness of the 18th century walls, it works better in some areas than others!
