Queens Head

A pub and a garden in Piccadilly.

The Queen's Head is a rare free house pub in the heart of central London, a hideout two steps away from the throng of Piccadilly Circus offering high quality real ales, amazing food, a cosy upstairs restaurant area with room for around 30 diners and a wide selection of specially selected beverages that tied venues are unable to offer. This historic pub dates back to 1736 and the current owners pride themselves on running an independent establishment that stays true to the historic roots of the venue and the ideals of what a London pub should be.

Drink % Brewery
London Pride 4.1 Fuller's Brewery

In recent years its popularity has grown to the extent that it is now Britain’s leading premium ale: a welcome fixture in many pubs and off licences around the country, and now winning new friends abroad.

Tasting Notes: Rich, smooth and elegant on the palate, it draws to a clean, satisfying finish with beautifully balanced bitterness.

Nightwatchman 4.5 East London Brewing Company

It's a darker, warm, smooth bitter. Red-tinged in colour, it's relatively well hopped and sweeter than Foundation.

Tasting Notes: Red fruits, malted biscuit, smooth full finish.

Ordinary Bitter 3.7 Anspach & Hobday

The orignal session beer, Ordinary Bitters formed a cornerstone of English drinking culture. Perfeclty balanced between malt sweetness and hop bitterness, our interpretation is brought up to date wiht the use of US Chinook hops. Delicate hop aromas of pine, spice and dark fruits are followed by a smooth, full bodied palate with notes of biscuit and caramel.

Tasting Notes: Spice and dark fruits are followed by a smooth, full bodied palate with notes of biscuit and caramel

SW19 Summer Ale 4.0 The Wimbledon Brewery

SW19 Summer Ale, brewed with English, Australian and New Zealand hops for an all-round summer experience.

Tasting Notes: The perfect summer beer, light straw in colour, subtle citrus notes, hints of malt and a satisfying crisp finish.
