The Raven inn is a proper English pub situated in the picturesque village of Poulshot only a mile from the Caen hill lock system. At the Raven we pride ourselves on the warmth of our welcome and the quality of our food and drink. You won't find any fruit machines, pool tables or juke boxes just the sight and sounds of people enjoying the company, food and drink.

6X 1923 6.0 Wadworth Brewery

Originally brewed to celebrate 100 years of 6X, the original 1923 brew recipe has been used to recreate a 6% ABV version of 6X, still using Fuggles and Goldings hops. Rich copper colour, vibrant fruit and malt aromas, full bodied ale.

Tasting Notes: 
Henry IPA 3.6 Wadworth Brewery

The main staple session ale, our IPA is an easy drinking all-round ale and is ideal for any pub’s session drinkers. It is light copper coloured with delicate malt aromas, cereal notes and a lingering finish.

Tasting Notes: This is a traditionally crafted India Pale Ale with a malt-led flavour and character. On the nose, our IPA provides a delightful malt aroma. On the palate it delivers clean and refreshing light malt notes combined with the classic strong hop flavour, and finishes with a crisp bitterness.
Swordfish 5.0 Wadworth Brewery

A full bodied, dark copper coloured ale infused with Pusser's Navy Rum.

Tasting Notes: A nose of gentle rum notes with a warm hoppy edge. This is a full bodied ale, with a rich smoothness and caramel overtones from dark, unrefined sugar and a rounded hop finish.
