Tasting Notes: Using four traditional English roasted malts this is a complex beer, which gives aromas of chocolate, vanilla and soft Greek coffee. Low levels of hops allow the malts to shine through. It’s full in the mouth yet surprisingly easy to drink.

With a very light straw colour, this is an easy drinking session beer. It is quite fruity, using a range of modern hops to give light citrus notes.Low ABV Session Pale Ale

Tasting Notes: Having a clean dry finish this is a refreshing thirst quenching pint which also goes very well with food.

Amber in colour. Peach, sultanas and a hint of honey in the aroma. Peach, sultanas, apricot and biscuity can all be detected in the taste.

Tasting Notes: 

Clear amber body under a small off-white head. Aroma is malt and biscuit with some caramel. Flavor is medium sweet, smooth malt, caramel, a bit fruity and moderate, but balanced bitterness.

Session Golden Ale

Tasting Notes: Scratch is golden in colour with a delicate fruity aroma and hints of ripe apricots. It’s very clean, refreshingly bitter and easy drinking, but with more body than is usually expected from a 4.0% beer.

Powerfully hopped American Pale Ale

Tasting Notes: A rich golden beer, packed with six modern style hops providing a very full fruity character with just the right level of bitterness. It’s in the style of American Pale Ale, a beer which has seen great popularity over recent years.
