Sharps' Cornish Pilsner is brewed with Pilsner malts and Czech lager yeast and the stunning Saaz hops. With a refined fruity flavours this beer finds favour with people who don’t usually drink beer.
Tasting Notes: Pilsner is a pale straw beer with a herbal lemon aroma. In the mouth the beer is crisp and light with clean fruit notes. The finish is brisk and refreshing leaving a dry citrus linger.
Doom Bar Reserve is an off-shoot of Sharp's popular cask ale - Doom Bar. It is brewed with a higher alcohol level to create a more warm and festive flavour.
Tasting Notes: It has a malty mouth feel and a spicy resinous hope aroma with a dry, fruity flavour aiming to complement the malt body.
Five varieties of hops are combined with an excellent Cornish honey and subtle spices including Alecost.
Tasting Notes: This combination gives Honey Spice a delicately spicy, citrus and sumptuously bittersweet flavour designed to refresh the palate during the warm summer months.

Deep golden in colour, Atlantic has a vibrant fruity aroma redolent of lime zest to mango. The flavour is harmonious balance of barley sugar and grapefruit with a refreshingly crisp citrus linger.
Atlantic is a modern pale ale brewed to feature the best attributes of our ingredients. Succulence from two types of malt, tropical and citrus fruits from new world hops.
Tasting Notes: Atlantic is a deep golden colour. The aroma of Pale Ale is a blend of stunning citrus notes, juicy tropical fruits and fresh-picked hops with a touch of candy floss.
Coaster pays tribute to all those down the centuries who have bravely plied their trade around Cornwall''s rugged coastline.
Tasting Notes: "The fresh aroma of hops blends seamlessly with light fruity-sweet notes. In the mouth the beer feels succulent and despite its lower gravity delivers a good measure of hoppy bitterness. This is complemented by a light, almost honeyed malty sweetness. Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.
Tasting Notes: “The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more.” Stuart Howe, Head Brewer.
Offshore Pilsner is inspired by those rare moments when the wind turns offshore to create perfectly clean waves and that feeling of cool, refreshing sea spray on your face. They decided to try and put that feeling in a can.
Tasting Notes: Well... not the sea spray, more the Czech yeast and continental hops that create this refreshing pilsner that’s as satisfying as that perfect wave. Well almost.
Sharp''s Own (sometimes known as Sharp''s Original) was the first beer ever brewed commercially by Sharp''s Brewery.
Tasting Notes: "Rich roasted and malty notes are key to the aroma of Own with some light hop tones. The mouthfeel is full of malty sweetness complemented by a good measure of hop bitterness. The sweet and malty finish is lingering but not satiating. This is a product packed with flavour." Stuart Howe, Head Brewer
Sea Fury takes its inspiration from the stormy Atlantic seas that crash into the rugged Cornish coast during the long, dark winter.
Tasting Notes: Sea Fury is an exceptional example of the Special Bitter beer style, offering substance and depth of flavour without compromising balance and drinkability. An aroma of inviting roasted and dark berry notes gives way to sumptuous, fruity, malty flavour and a moreish hop finish.
Delicious jellied fruit aromas blend perfectly with inviting roasted notes. The mouthfeel is succulent with dried fruit, malt and delicate hop bitterness. The finish is lingering and warm with fruit and malt notes
Wolf Rock is a fusion of Red Ale and IPA styles and combines Noble and New World hops with their finest special malt
Tasting Notes: It deliver a distinctive flavour and enticing red hue. At 4.8% be warned “The Wolf” is to be respected.
A moderate hop bitterness accompanied by fruity & floral hop aroma complemented by slightly sweet malt flavours create an approachable brew.

Brewed using slow roasted locally sourced chestnuts, Winter Ruby Ale combines satisfaction and refreshment to make the perfect winter drink.
Tasting Notes: Winter Ruby Ale is ruby red in colour with a dense creamy head and showcases sweet and nutty roasted flavours from the chestnuts.
