Beer Camp Hoppy Lager 7.0

They teamed up with San Diego’s Ballast Point for a hop-head twist on a crisp lager.

Tasting Notes: They remixed this encore which is loaded with whole cone hops in the brew kettle and in their Hop Torpedo to deliver a bold aroma backed by smooth malt flavour.

Hop Hunter IPA 6.2

Hop Hunter IPA harnesses the complex flavours of just-picked hops through an all-new method of steam distilling wet hops before they even leave the fields.

Tasting Notes: This revolutionary technique captures and intensifies the natural flavours, creating a unique and intensely aromatic beer. The custom process gathers pure hop oil which, when combined with traditional whole-cone hops in the brew kettle, makes for an incredible IPA experience.

Nooner 5.2

Gather your friends, pack the gear, and head out to wherever the day may take you. A midday go-to, Nooner is a take on the classic German-style pilsner—one of the original session beers.

Tasting Notes: Nooner is easy drinking yet packed with the big flavour of spicy and floral whole-cone hops. Its brilliant golden colour begs you to take a sip and sink your taste buds into an extremely welcoming beer, full of flavour and balanced by a crisp, dry finish.

Otra Vez 4.5

On a search for the perfect warm weather beer, they wanted something light bodied and thirst quenching, yet filled with complex and interesting flavours. They found the fruit of the prickly pear cactus, native to California.

Tasting Notes: This tangy fruit is a great complement to the tart and refreshing traditional gose style beer. Otra Vez combines prickly pear cactus with a hint of grapefruit for a refreshing beer that will have you calling for round after round. Otra Vez!

Peach IPA 5.8

Who’s afraid of a little fruit in their beer? Their brewers jumped headfirst to add peach to an intensely hoppy IPA for a brew that crushes fruit beer stereotypes.

Tasting Notes: Fruity, peach

River Ryed 6.0

Feeling adventurous? Explore the wide open of the outdoors with their River Ryed IPA.

Tasting Notes: This hop-forward beer features intense citrus and herbal hop flavour balanced by the peppery spice of rye for a dry and delicious end to a day out on the water.

Sidecar 5.3

They love hops with a bright, citrus-heavy character. They always wondered what it would be like to punch up the citrus while maintaining a crisp hop bite and balance.

Tasting Notes: The result is this new take on the hoppy pale ale brewed with Cascade, Equinox, and Mandarina hops with a hint of orange peel from additions in both the brew kettle and the fermenter that tweak the classic hop profile and add a zesty pop of bright orange flavor.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 5.6

Pale Ale began as a home brewer’s dream, grew into an icon, and inspired countless brewers to follow a passion of their own. It is—as it always has been—all natural, bottle conditioned and refreshingly bold.

Tasting Notes: Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic, yet it remains new, complex and surprising to thousands of beer drinkers every day.

Summerfest 5.0

Since their invention in the 1840s, Pilsener-style beers have become the world’s most popular style. With a nod toward the original Czech tradition, Summerfest is brewed to feature the best of Bohemian nature.

Tasting Notes: Crisp, golden, dry and incredibly drinkable, Summerfest has a delicate and complex malt flavor and spicy and floral hop character—the perfect warm weather beer.

Torpedo 7.2

Sierra Nevada and hops go hand in hand. What began as a crazy idea scribbled in a pub eventually became our newest year-round hop bomb, Torpedo Extra IPA

Tasting Notes: The first beer to feature our “Hop Torpedo”—a revolutionary dry-hopping device that controls how much hop aroma is imparted into beer without adding additional bitterness. Torpedo Extra IPA is an aggressive yet balanced beer with massive hop aromas of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit.

Tropical Torpedo 6.7

Inspired by the island life, they created an IPA completely disconnected from the mainland.

Tasting Notes: They used a one-of-a-kind Hop Torpedo to deliver an intense rush of hop flavour and the lush aromas of mango, papaya, and passionfruit with every sip. Enjoy this tropical twist on the American IPA.
