7 Seas is a Black Wheat IPA. The dark malts and colour lull your taste buds into a Stout frame of mind only for them to be dashed against the piny and resinous edges of hop profile crafted fro the 7C’s of US & German ultra hops.

A 4% Berliner-style sour beer that is liberally dry hopped. Each batch is dry hopped differently.

Caribbean Chocolate Cake 7.4

Caribbean Chocolate Cake is is a dense, rich and luxurious stout.

Tasting Notes: Hand-roasted cacao nibs from the USA give hints of tamarind and soft lemon. The malt provides coffee and roast notes in abundance, while the experimental OCC hop variety offers orange, chocolate and coconut flavours. Ageing on Cypress Wood is the icing on the cake.

Pompelmocello is a tart, sour and puckering grapefruit IPA brewed with Grapefruit Juice, Grapefruit Zest, the most grapefruity hop profile possible and lactose for a slightly creamy mouthfeel and sweet edge.

Quadrophenia uses a varied malt base pitching it somewhere between a Strong Porter and a Belgian Quad. Belgian Candi Sugar and High Gravity Trappist Yeast form a delicious deep, rich dark and fruity ale.

This monster of a beer is a collaboration with ToOl all the hops are taken from each of the single brews, added mango pulp, aged over Cedar, and amped up the ABV to a powerful 12%.
