Betty Stogs 4.0

A quirky character yes, from Cornish folklore, Betty Stogs was reputedly full-bodied, golden-hearted and just a little fruity. So, you can see why we chose to name our award-winning, smooth-drinking amber ale after her.

Tasting Notes: With whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops alongside malted barley and wheat, this is a Cornish twist on a classic smooth-drinking ale. The light malty aroma leads to a floral, even cedar taste, and a sharp tang of bitter grapefruit leaves a lasting impression; just like Betty herself…

Lushingtons 4.2

It’s said, somewhere way down south, in a cove between St Ives and Padstow, you’ll find a perfect beach where you can spend hazy, lazy summer days lying in the warm sun with good friends and not a care in the world. And, as the sun begins to sink into the sea, the only thing that could make life any better would be a glass of cool, hop-laden pale ale. This is the feeling and the moment that Lushingtons was brewed for.

Tasting Notes: Starting with Cornish water, our brewers add whole-flower Citra, Belma and Willamette hops to create this fresh-as-a-daisy, hop-laden IPA. Bitter-sweet notes of lime, mango and lychee, a slight creaminess and a hint of juicy strawberry delivers sunshine-ready levels of refreshment.
