The FIFA Club World Cup 2025 is finally upon us, and that usually football-less summer is about to be packed with the beautiful game — and we’re bringing you the beautiful pint to match. Introducing A Pint of Two Halves — our citrus-packed session pale ale brewed for every kick-off, extra time, and VAR tantrum. No need for substitutes here; this one’s a 10 out of 10 and destined to captain your nights out. Clocking in at just 3.8%, this light and lively pale keeps you firmly onside with your other half and ensures you’ll go the full 90 — maybe even penalties — without getting carded. And worst case... If it’s not coming home... At least the beer is Goodh!

Tasting Notes: A Pint of Two Halves is a proper session beer brewed for easy enjoyment—especially on match days and sunny afternoons. A base of pale malts delivers a soft but pronounced maltiness, balanced with a trio of classic hops that bring floral, herbal, and pine notes to the nose. On the palate, you’ll get a refreshing blend of citrus and subtle liquorice, underpinned by a crisp bitterness that doesn’t outstay its welcome. Clean, light, and flavourful—it’s a beer built for repeat rounds.

A quirky character yes, from Cornish folklore, Betty Stogs was reputedly full-bodied, golden-hearted and just a little fruity. So, you can see why we chose to name our award-winning, smooth-drinking amber ale after her.

Cornish Knocker was Skinner’s first ale. It’s a golden ale brewed with Cornish water; whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops; malted barley and wheat; and Skinner’s unique yeast.

Tasting Notes: The taste of the delicate floral hops trails citrus with a slight pine bitterness and leaves you with a mild biscuit taste (posh ones, not your average digestive). A perfect pairing for shellfish, Thai dishes or a double cheeseburger with fries.

Invoking the spirit of Dr Frankenstein our brewers have created this delightful monster by blending English and American hops. Roasted malts give this complex bitter autumnal flavours of toast, caramel and toffee to create a smooth, warm mouthful. Prominent hop flavours are used to scare the taste buds with fruit flavours and a ghostly, bitter after taste.

If you’ve been out at sea since before dawn and all you’ve tasted is the north Atlantic, it could all seem gloom and doom, bar that one thought of settling down with a good, honest ale when you bring the day’s catch into harbour. An ale like Cornish Trawler – it’s our tribute to fishing folk, with its bittersweet malty taste and sharp, golden colour. Why not join them? They’re a friendly bunch, especially if you’re buying.

Tasting Notes: A strong malty flavour is balanced by the floral hops, with a peppering of liquorice and lemon, and pine touches. This is a proper session beer, good with fish, as you might expect, as well as cured meats or a properly hot vindaloo.

Tasting Notes: A stripped back pilsner that is single hopped with the delicate fruity aromatics of Olicana® to provide a clean and crisp, light bodied flavour. Using a traditional floor malted Czech style lager malt, expertly grown in the UK, produces a clear golden colour. Full of flavour with a single malt sweetness.

When presented with an opportunity to acquire some unique Scottish Whisky Barrels we jumped at the chance to reinvent our well-known stout for this one-time boozy brew. It was a ‘slow’ process starting life at the beginning of 2024 and the passion project of our owner this punchy 10.5% stout has been barrel aged for 8 months to create a luxurious smooth bold stout like no other.

Tasting Notes: Introducing our first ever Barrel Aged Imperial Stout ‘Penny Go Slow’. Derived from our classic PennyComeQuick using just three malts: pale malt, crystal malt and chocolate malt. The extended aging in charred Speyside Whisky barrels allows for deep, rich smoked oak notes in taste and aroma within this decadent stout. Luxurious, bold and intense with layers of creamy chocolate, roasted coffee and smoked oak creating balance and character as well as a slight alcoholic ‘heat’.

Tasting Notes: Sennen is a session strength IPA with zesty notes of lemon and pineapple enhanced with the bittersweet kick of pink grapefruit. By dry hopping the pale ale during fermentation stage, we have created a brew with great hop intensity and flavour. An ideal companion to fresh crab, proper pork pies and barbecue chicken.

By dry hopping the pale ale during fermentation stage, we have created a brew with great hop intensity and flavour. An ideal companion to fresh crab, proper pork pies and barbecue chicken.
