A true representation of the style, with all English ingredients. Like all great IPAs it's oak aged and slowly matured.

Tasting Notes: 

Green Hop IPA 5.9

Large quantities of hops are added to the copper, but this brew comes alive when fresh green Goldings hops - harvested straight from the field - are added into the hopback, resulting in an intense and extremely hoppy beer.

Haka is an award winning New Zealand Pale Ale that is dry hopped for three weeks .

High duck is a rich, sweet ruby ale.

Maravilla 4.6

Gold Medal Winner last year at Peterborough Beer Festival this was an easy choice to bring back. A brew made with 1700 punnets of Staffordshire Raspberries this beer has a hint of raspberries and is thirst quenchingly refreshing.

Original 4.0

An amber bitter with malty aroma. The hoppy taste develops into a dry finish balanced by a touch of sweetness.

Well rounded bitter with a marmalade aftertaste.

Rich amber coloured beer with hints of caramel, malt and a complex fruity hop aroma developing a bitter finish and balancing the well-rounded 'malty mouthfeel'.

Queen Bee 4.2

A golden beer that is brewed using local Staffordshire honey. The sweet taste is balanced by an abundance of hops to give a spicy hoppy aroma.

Refresher 4.0

Malted barley and wheat malt combine with Goldings and Saaz, coriander and orange peel for a refreshing summer drink.

Rye IPA 3.8

A unique American style beer with an unyielding citrus bouquet balanced by a spicy crisp taste from the Rye malt.

Smoked Porter 4.8

Dark chestnut in colour. Beechwood smoked malt and German Noble hops give a spicy smoked flavour.

Top Totty 4.0

A stunning blonde beer, full bodied with a voluptuous aroma. It has a ripe generous fruitiness with deep and complex hop notes and a rich malt.

Western 4.9

An American style hoppy beer brewed similar to Haka. American hops and an authentic Californian ale yeast combine to give a heady hop aroma and a chewy aromatic finish.

Tasting Notes: 

Why Knot 3.6

Fruity aroma with yeast and dough. Sweet flavour with caramel malts, and earthy bitterness. Finishes bitter with some grassy hops and faint caramel malts.
