The Spencer Arms pub restaurant is located in Chapel Brampton village, halfway between Northampton and Market Harborough. With Althorpe House just down the road, our pub is surrounded by and steeped in history. With inglenook fireplaces and two open fires, the Spencer Arms pub is a traditional pub but has a modern twist. We pride ourselves on offering a superb menu of tasty traditional pub food and seasonal dishes, carefully prepared by our chef using high quality, fresh produce and our hearty Sunday roasts are ever-popular, plus we have weekly special food nights to give you even more choice and value.

Landlord is Timothy Taylor’s iconic flagship beer – a revered, nationally recognised classic. Four-time CAMRA Supreme Champion Beer of Britain and the UK’s top-selling cask beer. Brewed with Golden Promise malt, whole-leaf Goldings, Fuggles, and Savinjski Goldings hops, and pure Knowle Spring water, Landlord is crafted with an unwavering commitment to quality.

Tasting Notes: A classic pale ale with an amber hue, it opens with a complex citrus and fruity aroma, delivering a full but smooth malt body with a touch of sweetness, followed by a lingering, gentle bitter hop finish that keeps it refreshing.

Level Head is quite simply a perfectly-executed session IPA. The aroma is hoppy, balanced between tropical and grapefruit notes, and at 4% it's a truly sessionable beer.
