Danish Dynamite 5.0

A golden coloured strong bitter traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Tasting Notes: Good hop and fruit aromas and complex flavours developing into a beautifully balanced full-bodied aftertaste with hops and fruit to the fore.

Eye-Opener 4.5

A beautiful light golden premium bitter traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley and light crystal malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast

Tasting Notes: This dry and smooth beer has a hint of toffee, which compliment the citrusy and spicy flavours trailed by a lingering bitterness. A touch of magic and a hint of mystery are left on the palate.

Great Bustard 4.8

A dark amber coloured beer with a deep red hue traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring water, barley, rye, crystal and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Tasting Notes: The complex malt and fruit flavours develop into a very pleasingly fruity and bitter aftertaste which lingers on.

Great Dane 4.6

A light golden premium cask lager brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley and light crystal malts, whole lager hops and lager yeast.

Tasting Notes: The beer is fermented and "lagered" at low, controlled temperatures. This is a top quality beer without any brewing adjuncts at all. The result is a clean, crisp and refreshing Real Premium Lager with a nice bitter aftertaste that lingers on.

Heel Stone 4.3

A copper coloured best bitter, traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley, crystal and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Tasting Notes: This session beer is medium bodied with plenty of flavour in the aftertaste and is very noticeably malty, fruity and hoppy.

Mystik 4.5

A brown ale brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley, wheat, brown and chocolate malts, whole aromatic hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Tasting Notes: Initially, the taste is malty, dry and nutty, but the aftertaste is aromatic with citrusy notes and a lingering slight bitterness.

Old Smokey 5.0

A handsome, dark porter type ale, traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley, wheat, crystal, black and chocolate malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Tasting Notes: The rich roasted malts and the hint of liquorice are very well complimented by the developing bitter flavour.

Pigswill 4.0

An amber coloured session bitter traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley, crystal and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Tasting Notes: This session bitter is full-bodied and not so bitter, but rich in hop aroma which gives the beer a delightful aftertaste. The finish is slightly malty and fruity.

Rudolph 5.0

A deep amber premium bitter, traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley, wheat, crystal and black malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Tasting Notes: The rich composition of malty and fruity flavours together with the aroma hops gives the beer just the right warmth and flavour explicitly Santa's choice!

Sign of Spring 4.6

A light coloured and beautiful translucent green premium ale, traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast and a drop of green magic.

Tasting Notes: This beer is incredibly smooth and rich in both malt and hop aroma, the finish is delightfully fruity a pleasantly bitter.

Spire Ale 3.8

A light golden, hoppy beer traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Tasting Notes: This session bitter has a pleasing hop aroma and slight bitterness which develops into a well-rounded bitter finish accompanied by a pleasant maltiness and fruitiness.
