An organic beer that appeals to both IPA and lager drinkers made with lager yeasts and ale malt and hops giving refreshing taste of a lager with the fruity hop flavour of an IPA. Conditioned for 45 days .

A subtle elderflower infused pale ale with organic Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Five different malts create a much richer beer than it’s light amber colour suggests. Previous incarnations of this beer had some delicious Cascade, Chinook and Bravo hops.

Rich Ruby porter. Velvety liquorice taste with a hint of Christmas spice to follow. A comforting seasonal beer and easy enough to drink several pints.

An English Dark beer, perfect for colder winter months, We’ve used a Belgian yeast , fermented warmer than usual and using plenty of specialty malts gives this beer a flavour profile of dark fruits with a caramel sweetness that compliments the use of simple hops to let the flavour of the yeast shine
