This Wetherspoon pub takes its name from the inventor of the famous crucible steel-making process, which made Sheffield famous. The duke of Cambridge laid the foundation stone of the nearby Crimean War monument, in 1857. Close to City Hall and the theatre district, and central enough for post-work drinks.
