Jack Brand Mosaic Pale Ale draught 4.1 Adnams

This single hop beer is made with Mosaic hops at each of the four stages of the brew process. This imparts bold hop characteristics, including peach, mango, lemon and pine flavours and aromas. Made with, you guessed it, Mosaic hops, this pale blonde has bags of personality with bold mango, peach, lemon and pine flavours and a dry hoppy finish.

Tasting Notes: Made with, you guessed it, Mosaic hops, this pale blonde has bags of personality with bold mango, peach, lemon and pine flavours and a dry hoppy finish.

Pedigree 4.5 Marstons

Pedigree. Now with added personality. They haven’t changed the taste. Just how it looks. So welcome to the new-look Pedigree, or “P” as it was first known. Strange that, looking back.

Tasting Notes: Anyway, it has a fascinating aroma, with a palate of biscuit malt, spicy hops and light fruitiness. It was renamed in a staff competition back in George Peard’s day. He was the Head Brewer at the time – that’s him on the clip. Cheers George.

Plum Porter 4.9 Titanic Brewery Co Ltd

This beer is dark, strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Golding’s hops and natural plum flavouring.

Tasting Notes: Well-rounded porter with fruity, sweet notes over a backdrop of hoppy flavour. Deep red in colour but not in taste, the plum lightens the deepness on the palate.
