A smooth, malty beer with a treacle colour and creamy head, it has hints of liquorice and freshly ground coffee. Tasting Notes: ''''Dark'''' is treacle-coloured with a creamy contrasting head. A velvety smooth pint, Dark has a combination of chocolate, crystal and brown malts providing a clean palate with hints of liquorice and freshly ground coffee.

With the origins of its name shrouded in mystery, Brains SA has become an essential part of every Welsh celebration since it was first brewed in 1958. It has a fruity nose, a rich malty flavour and a satisfying spirit-like finish. Tasting Notes: Our renowned bitter is copper coloured and has a nutty richness derived from Pale and Crystal malts and three hops; Challenger, Goldings and Fuggles.

‘Butty Bach’ is Welsh term meaning ‘little friend’. This full-bodied, smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time Tasting Notes: We brew it using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite among our followers.
