Cheryl and Richard Andrews welcome you to the newly ‘re opened Glemham Crown Inn. This beautiful 18th century building has retained many of its period features and boasts no less than four fireplaces. There is a spacious restaurant area as well as a snug for more intimate dining. There is also a charming bar area perfect for sampling the local brews.

Adnams Southwold Bitter 3.7 Adnams

Southwold Bitter is a beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian Pale Ale malt barley, sourced locally to the brewery. We use Fuggles hops which we add late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. We add more Fuggles to each cask so that the flavour of the hops infuses into the beer. It’s a perfect 3.7% abv in cask and 4.1% abv in bottle and can.

Light but full of flavour and with a delicious citrus aftertaste. Great with Norfolk Ham and Turkey or on its own.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and zesty with crisp floral flavours. A background of sweet malt and a hoppy ‘grapefruit’ bitter finish characterises this champion bitter.
