Juicy, hazy and anything but ordinary! Salt’s Alpacalypse beer delivers big flavour in a laid-back format. This tropical session IPA is brewed with a punchy US hop bill, dialled-in haze, and a soft, pillowy body that makes it all too easy to go back for more. At 4.8%, it’s bold enough to stand out but sessionable enough for any occasion.

Tasting Notes: He brewed his interpretation using Valencia orange peel versus the traditional tart Curaçao orange peel, for a subtle sweetness, and added a touch of coriander to provide balance. Then he added oats and wheat to create a smooth, creamy finish that’s inviting to the palate. As a final touch, he garnished the beer with an orange slice to heighten the citrus aroma and taste.
