Drink %
Alabaster 7.2

Tasting Notes: At a strength of 7.2% this is a true stout. A very pale, full bodied, strong beer supporting spicy hop flavours and aromas. Intense bitterness, balanced by forest fruits and mango.

Apollo 4.0

Pale in colour.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and sharp. Rich hop flavours with grapefruit qualities and extra bitterness for character.

Black Velvet 4.0

Very Dark, ruby colour.

Tasting Notes: Dark malts and English hops hark back to the rich coffee and roast flavours of the 18th century.

Citra Nova 3.9

American style IPA, with pale colours.

Tasting Notes: Amazing floral bouquet with underlying fresh citrus bitterness.

Dark Angel 4.3

Tasting Notes: Drinks much bigger than 4.3%. A robust and full-bodied stout with coffee roast bitterness and rich caramel notes. Seven different grains including oats create a complex malt body. This is balanced by good old English hops.

Durham Magus 3.8

Extremely pale in colour.

Tasting Notes: It’s our best selling beer for a reason. Simple pale malts provide a base for a complex blend of hops. Very pale with lemon, subtle grapefruit bitterness and tropical fruit notes. A clean and spicy black pepper finish.

Helles 4.5

Keg Munich style Lager

Tasting Notes: Full bodied malt, and subtle hops give a continental style pale beer. Hersbrucker , Saaz, and Cascade hops make a very refreshing and characterful lager. Gluten free.

John Duck 3.9

A golden, quaffing beer.

Tasting Notes: Dana, Palisade and Bullion hops are used to make a fresh but interesting floral aroma and flavour.

Nelson Sauvin 4.7

Single hopped IPA with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops

Tasting Notes: An aroma of peaches and elderflower progresses to a delicate gooseberry fruitiness. A backbone of rich tar bitterness culminates in a long dry finish.

White Amarillo 4.1

Pale in colour.

Tasting Notes: Easy drinking, clean and satisfying, with American Amarillo hops.

White Gold 4.0

Blonde Ale

Tasting Notes: One of our best-selling core beers. Masses of stunning US Cascade hops throughout with a big grapefruit hop aroma. More Cascade in the body gives mellow grapefruit bitterness and sweet orange.
