HPA 4.0 Wye Valley Brewery Ltd

HPA is an easy-going real ale that brings people together. Our brewers have let locally grown Target and Celeia hops hang out with Maris Otter pale malt to give this understated brew its pale straw colour, citrus hop aroma and a balanced bitter finish.

Tasting Notes: HPA is a truly delightful pale ale. It’s smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Locally grown Target and Celeia hops play an important part in making this such a distinctive beer. With Maris Otter pale malt and malted wheat also being used, this is very much a pale ale with all the right ingredients.

XXX 4.3 Three Tuns Brewery

A pale-straw-coloured, premium bitter from a centuries old recipe with simple, light malty-sweetness, delicately balanced with light bitterness and a floral, earthy character.

Tasting Notes:

Blonde Brummie 4.4 Birmingham Brewing Company

Caramelised British floor malts and resinous British hops leave a complex bitter sweet finish in this session pale ale.

Tasting Notes:

Grazing Girls 4.5 Brew61

A malty ale, with hoppy, tropical flavours from Mosaic hops

Tasting Notes: Ripe, tropical fruitiness on the nose, with a big, hoppy taste and a clean bitter finish

Importance of Using Ernest 4.0 Ledbury Real Ales

Pale Ale brewed with a combination of US and English hops but predominantly using hops grown locally in Herefordshire. Originally grown in the late 1950s 'Ernest' gives this beer lemon and apricot flavours

Tasting Notes: The Ernest hop in this beer provides lemon and apricot flavours
