The aim of the Highfield pub is to be a place where people of all ages – children are welcome – can come for a drink, to relax & chat or maybe enjoy one of the live bands that may be playing. There are two separate parts to the pub – the larger, livelier room with a stage and pool table, and a quieter Lounge room for those who just want a quiet drink and a chat with friends. In addition, for the warmer weather there is a large paved area (with some cover, and heaters in the colder months) plus a grassed area with plenty of seating which is ideal for socialising with a cold glass of wine or beer with friends, family or colleagues during those warm summer months (and there's a cosy interior with a real log fire for when the weather isn't so good). There is also a free large car park for customers.
