Tasting Notes:
A tribute beer to Queen Boadicea with new variety Boadicea hops.
A traditional dry stout
A light golden ale with a thick white head. A strong floral hop aroma is followed by a sweet, malty finish. The taste is of bitter hops and a hint of malt. The finish is dry and hoppy, yet smooth. A well rounded beer.

Rosin Dubh translates from the Gaelic as "dark rose". The beer is also very dark in colour with a slightly sweet aftertaste
Black in colour with a small head, aroma is of blackberry, malt and coffee, taste is smooth and clean with berries, chocolate, dark malt and a fruity dry finish.
