Tasting Notes: Our version of an American Pale Ale, presents as an Orange-gold colour, with an off-white creamy head. The liberal use of Cascade and Willamette hops give the beer a wonderfully crisp bouquet of grapefruit, honey and pine. The citrus notes on the nose, are accentuated by the big hoppy bitterness, which decreases as a slight malty sweetness comes to the fore. Finishing quite dry.

Ghost Ship is inspired by one of Adnams’ most haunted pubs in one of the UK’s most haunted villages, the Bell at Walberswick.It's a Pale Ale with a pithy bitterness and a malty backbone.

Tasting Notes: This is a Pale Ale with a pithy bitterness and a malty backbone. Brewed with a selection of malts – Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara – Adnams use Citra and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours

Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

Tasting Notes: “The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness.
