The Rising Sun has continued to maintain a presence in the Good Pub Guide and was once again listed in 2013, why not pick up a copy and take a peek.
We have been Sheffield Pub of the Month winners in June 2010 & October 2007 and hope to continue to add to our collection of these titles this year.
We are now entering our second year of being Cask Marque accredited, as another testament to our excellent cellar & ale management standards. We also have some staff training events planned for this year to help educate and improve our new staff members understanding of real ale.
We've recently taken on a few staff members after a few of our old faces left for pastures new at the beginning of the year. Some are brand new to the pub trade and some are old hands, but after just a few weeks it's already a challenge to tell them apart.
