The Riverside is the liveliest venue in the heart of Sheffield's real ale circuit in Kelham Island and features a hugely popular beer garden located alongside the River Don. All profits go to supporting the arts and creative projects as, unique to Sheffield, it is owned by the arts charity, Point Blank.
Plans are in progress to develop the site to include a new multi-purpose arts centre, meantime you can enjoy a diverse range of live art and entertainment taking place in the upstairs shoebox studio and lounge downstairs. Under 18s are welcome until 9pm.

Brewed with Olympians in mind, using a new English aroma hop called Olicana, this summer ale is golden and refreshing.

Tasting Notes: Maris Otter barley, Vienna and Dark Munich malts coupled with Olicana and Bobek hops that bring a delicate tropical fruit like flavour and a citrusy finish with aromas of freshly cut grass from dry hopping.
White Rat 4.0 Ossett Brewery

Hoppy Pale Ale

Tasting Notes: This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus & Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.
