Big flavours of citrus and grapefruit from the fantastic hops first grown in Oregon. Maris Otter malt provides the foundations and the balance.

Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. Very pale session bitter, well hopped with Challenger and Savinjski Hops.
