There has been a pub on the site of The Swan since the fourteenth century. The present building was designed in 1905 and retains the open fire and welcoming feel of those more generous days.
Children and dogs are welcomed.. provided they're accompanied by well-behaved adults and owners :)
The Swan shows all major sporting events on two HD TVs on Sky Sports, ESPN, Premier Sports and BT Sport

	San Miguel	5.0	Carlsberg Marstons Brewing Company
San Miguel is brewed using a special mashing process which gives the beer a fuller and slightly sweeter flavour. The unique recipe and San Miguel yeast then come together to deliver a refreshing, full bodied beer with a great taste. Tasting Notes: San Miguel is a pale blonde Spanish pilsner style lager, with a hoppy, citrus aroma, and hoppy zesty fruity flavours with a full flavoured hoppy lingering finish. 	Spitfire Amber	4.2	Shepherd Neame
The beer is named after the legendary Spitfire aeroplane designed by RJ Mitchell. The versatility of the aircraft and the courage of its pilots were essential to victory and were a key symbol of the spirit of that time. Tasting Notes: An infusion of three Kentish hops adorns this beautifully balanced, blood-orange tinted British bitter with an acutely aromatic allure. Hints of marmalade, red grapes and pepper are thrust from a springboard of warm, mellow malts. The floating fruity finish signs off with a smidgen of spice and raspberry.
