This American style IPA is fittingly strong and brash, unleashing full-on flavour. Washington native hops Willamette and Simcoe take centre stage to deliver a symphony of spicy floral bitterness, supported by a sweet malty backbone.
Tasting Notes: This hopped up ale is strong and brash. Full-on flavour. US native hops deliver a symphony of spicy floral bitterness supported by a sweet malty backbone.
A full bodied Victorian style porter with hints of liquorice. The initial bitterness gives way to a smooth, mellow finish.

Hoppy citrus undertones, balanced with bitterness and light sweetness. Packed with soft fruit aromas.

Tasting Notes: As far as flavour goes, it tends rather more towards the malt than the hops, though there is a pleasing hop taste right at the finish. The aroma is light and pleasant.
