The Victorian Slipway

A child and dog friendly pub serving food with Sky TV and WiFi and a garden in Tywyn.

A seaside public House providing Food, Drinks, and
Entertainment.

Our downstairs bar offers a carefully selected range of
Ales, Lagers, Cider, and an extensive Wine list.

Like most pubs, we have a jukebox, fruit machine, and a 70” screen
for all those sporting events.

Our upstairs Restaurant has changed for 2024 with the change
to a new and exciting Thai food cuisine, Chef Boyd has created a fantastic menu
that covers dishes from all parts of Thailand. To keep the taste authentic, most
of the produce is imported from Asian, and for fresh ingredients, we try to use local
suppliers where we can. Never tried it? Give it a try, it's not always spicy and
we can tailor each dish for you...

We will be providing a Traditional Sunday carvery lunch from
March too...

Nightjar 4.6 Wye Valley Brewery Ltd

A delightfully dark British stout with rich coffee notes, intense roasted barley flavours and a dry, bitter finish. Chilled to 4°C, and with a deliciously creamy texture, it's superbly smooth and beautifully refreshing.

Tasting Notes:

Guinness Draught 4.2 Guinness

One of the world's best-loved beers, with sweet smelling aromas of coffee and malt, from the first velvety sip to the last, lingering drop, every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between is pure beauty… pure Guinness.

Tasting Notes: Unmistakeably GUINNESS®, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop and every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between.

Hereford Pale Ale - HPA 4.0 Wye Valley Brewery Ltd

A delightful straw-coloured ale with a wonderful citrus hop aroma. Truly distinctive.

Tasting Notes: HPA is a truly delightful pale ale. It’s smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Locally grown Target and Celeia hops play an important part in making this such a distinctive beer. With Maris Otter pale malt and malted wheat also being used, this is very much a pale ale with all the right ingredients.

Butty Bach 4.5 Wye Valley Brewery Ltd

‘Butty Bach’ is Welsh term meaning ‘little friend’. This full-bodied, smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time

Tasting Notes: We brew it using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite among our followers.

San Miguel 5.0 San Miguel Brewery Inc.

The unique recipe and San Miguel yeast come together to deliver a refreshing, full bodied beer with a great taste. San Miguel is a pilsner style lager, inspired by the Spanish way of life.

Tasting Notes: San Miguel has a hoppy, citrus, fresh bitter / citrus hoppy–sweet/fruity taste.
