Our blonde ale is a smooth, balanced, bear hug of a session beer. The bready, light caramel malt complements the premium variety of whole hops used. With a light body, light hints of tropical fruit, balanced with earthiness, making a satisfying, authentic and moreish blonde. Grains: Maris Otter, Wheat Malt Hops: First Gold, Jester

For our Chameleon series we create a classic American Pale Ale using Maris Otter with a touch of Vienna malt, we bitter using whole leaf Columbus hops, add Citra to the kettle after boil and then dry hop after fermentation with the best hops we can get our hands on, for this iteration we feature Amarillo, an American hop with tangerine and floral notes

This beer is dark, strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Golding’s hops and natural plum flavouring.

Hoppy Pale Ale

Tasting Notes: This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus & Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

Trooper is a Premium British Beer inspired by Iron Maiden and handcrafted at Robinsons brewery. Malt flavours and citric notes from a unique blend of Bobec, Goldings and Cascade hops dominate this deep golden ale with a subtle hint of lemon.
