At the Wheatsheaf, we have been hosting bands since the early 90s. Fridays, Saturdays and every Bank Holiday daytime there are Bands covering nearly all band lovers' tastes. Occasional Wednesdays are for local bands starting out.
The Wheatie is only a small venue but it is a friendly pub with a great atmosphere and brilliant regulars who have always made new people feel welcome. Weekend bands start at approx. 9.45pm and entry is free for all bands. All music events are only for persons over the age of sixteen
