The White Lion opened on Monday 29th September 2008, and since then has been selling a fine selection of real ales from Milton Brewery and other British microbreweries.

Cyclops 5.3 The Milton Brewery Cambridge

Light copper coloured ale, with a rich hoppy aroma, full body, fruit and malt notes develop in the finish. Brewed with three different malts and four different varieties of hops.

Dionysus 3.6 The Milton Brewery Cambridge

Straw coloured bitter, powerfully hoppy, with a fine citrus finish.

Bold, straw coloured bitter, powerful hop flavours backed by a clean malt palate. Satisfying and refreshing.

A crisp, nutty flavoured copper-coloured ale, with a pronounced hop aroma.

Nero 5.0 The Milton Brewery Cambridge

A satisfying, full-flavoured black brew with a good balance of malt, roast and fruit. Bittersweet flavours carry through to a dry finish.

Tasting Notes: Nero is an unfined beer and is therefore suitable for vegans.

Pegasus 4.1 The Milton Brewery Cambridge

Complex copper-coloured beer. The initial hoppiness is balanced with a long fruity, malty finish. Very moreish.
