This idea came from Alberto, a restaurateur who has a large experience working and managing English Pubs all over London. He loves the concept of the Pub and admires its importance in the British culture. Based on those feelings, he always knew that he wanted to be a Pub owner. After years working with the best, came the opportunity to have his first venue. As he is a good Italian, the first thing that came to his mind was to serve excellent Italian food. The Windmill has been a great success since day one, thanks to its loyal customers, hard working staff and culinary diversity, always with the same outstanding quality.
