Albatross 4.0

Very fine spice and herbal notes with subtle citrus characteristics are imparted by the Aramis hops. Double Roast Crystal malt gives a great malt flavour without the addition of too much colour.

Tasting Notes: Spicy, herbal, citrus

American Brown 4.5

Nut-brown ale, in a classic British style, with fragrant fruity aromas from its American hops merging with a strong, malty background and dry, nutty finish.

Tasting Notes:

Bring Me Sunshine 4.2

If your preferred tipple is hoppy, then this brew will suit. Golden-brown in colour, it is brewed with citrus hops in abundance.

Tasting Notes:

Brock Bitter 3.7

Proof that traditional session beers don’t have to be bland. This light brown quaffing ale graces us with a hint of sweetness and caramel on the palate, with the dynamic duo of hops imparting complimentary flavour, aroma and bitterness.

Tasting Notes:

Catstail 4.1

Green bullet hops are the flagship of New Zealand and when used as a aroma hop, they provide a spicy, grassy flavour with hints of lime. Vienna malt enhances the colour and aroma of this amber coloured bitter.

Tasting Notes:

Colley's Dog 5.2

This dark ruby premium ale is all about the malt, and its packed a lot into this brew. It’s nutty, it’s malty and full of body. An old school strong English bitter.

Tasting Notes:

Death or Glory 7.2

A rich, sweet barley wine with a heady, alcoholic nose and incredibly complex flavour profile. Brewed since 1994 by appointment to the Queens Royal Lancers. They’re tough enough to sink a few….are you?

Tasting Notes:

Dockey 3.9

Earthy brown in colour, this brew is all about malt character with the use of Brown and Rye Crystal delivering a warming depth of flavour. Not wanting to dominate these attributes, they use an appropriate amount of Challenger hops.

Tasting Notes:

Drop Bar 4.0

This is a beer to drink all night long and all year round. A slower, low temperature fermentation and dry hopping with Mosaic yields crisp flavours, subtle bitterness and a gentle floral, tropical fruit aroma.

Tasting Notes:

Fanny Ebbs 3.9

We’re not sure if Fanny Ebbs was a blonde but we know this beer is. It’s also amazingly crisp with very low bitterness and late citrus hop aroma from a combination of Saaz and Cascade varieties.

Tasting Notes:

Jack O'Legs 4.2

Four types of malt and two types of aroma hop provide a copper-coloured ale with a full fruit taste and a distinctive hoppy bitterness.

Tasting Notes:

Kotuku 4.0

Brewed using New Zealand Waimea hops and Crystal Rye malt, this rich golden coloured ale has a prominent bitterness with an aroma of fresh citrus and pine.

Tasting Notes:

Mansion Mild 3.7

A classic ruby dark mild, smooth like velvet, sweet and creamy, you’d be fooled into thinking we were talking about a chocolate box selection.

Tasting Notes: A smooth creamy, ruby dark mild with a fruity palate and gentle late hop aroma.

Moongazing 4.2

This red-amber hued ale has a well rounded late bitterness with grapefruit, mango and peach hop characteristics imparted by American Chinook and Citra. Rye crystal malt adds additional complexity to stimulate your senses.

Tasting Notes:

Nosebag 4.3

Chestnut coloured, this classic ESB (Extra Special Bitter) is characterised by its balance and extreme drinkability. Black malt gives colour without astringency and Fuggle Hops offer a fine aromatic bitterness

Tasting Notes:

Old Chestnut 4.2

Based on great comments surrounding last years beer White Stork, we had to use it s key ingredient, Hersbrucker hops, again

Tasting Notes: A combination of mixed fruit and the spice of this hop with the biscuity malt character is achieved when adding plenty of amber malt to the grist.

Pale Four 4.6

Hops, hops and more hops, although this is not just another one dimensional ‘lupin fest’. Cara, Munich and Rye Crystal malts provide a robust base for this punchy American West Coast IPA style beer.

Tasting Notes:

Ridgeway 4.0

Ridgeway is defined by the finest UK malts balanced with the fruity characteristics of Styrian Goldings hops. This is a classic English ale at it’s most refined and drinkable.

Tasting Notes:

Santas Little Helper 4.8

Warming winter ale, this festive special is the perfect balance of roasted malt and premium aroma hops. This tipple would warm even the cold heart of Scrooge.

Tasting Notes:

Side Pocket for a Toad 3.6

Golden, hoppy and packed with flavour.

Tasting Notes: Unmistakable citrus notes from only the best Cascade hops balanced with a floral aroma and crisp dry finish make this straw coloured ale a fantastic session beer. Available in 500ml bottles.

Tea Kettle Stout 4.7

The antithesis of bitter Irish stouts, this is creamy, smooth with underlying chocolate notes imparted by generous amounts of roasted malts and oats. Pours with a dark body and ivory head. It’s a tall, dark handsome pint.

Tasting Notes:

Warrior Queen 4.6

This crisp pale ale uses a wheat and cara malt, providing a great base for the unique hop variety used.

Tasting Notes: The hop notes are evident throughout, with hints of fruit and spice, plus floral notes.
