Brewed using dried orange peel and Admiral. A marmalade tang with a long. bitter finish.

A one-off brew in collaboration with Charles Faram's hop development programme using a brand new hop, CF243.
Head Brewer Ken Lush's tripple hopped premium beer with a distinctive fruity nose. Brambling Cross blended with late Cascade for a refreshing taste with a hint of Elderflower.
Rounded and fruity premium English beer featuring Brambling Cross; originally brewed to celebrate the 60th and 70th anniversaries of the Glorious Glosters at the battle of Imjin River.
Harvest dependent and hop unknown until we arrive at Charles Faram to collect straight from the vine. Brewed within hours of harvesting. A fresher, greener tasting version of our Uley Bitter.
Roast, toasty with hints of coffee and chocolate. Main hop is ~East Kent Goldings with a big emphasis on Crystal Malt. Brewer Jeremy Hunt's first recipe for Uley.

A pale coloured, hoppy session bitter with a good hop aroma and a full flavour for its strength, ending in a bitter-sweet aftertaste.

A full-flavoured, hoppy bitter with some fruitiness and a smooth, long, balanced finish. Distinctly copper coloured. Named after the famous local (Slad, Stroud Valley) author of 'Cider with Rosie'.

Copper in colour, this beer has a full flavoured, hoppy palate with some underlying fruit. The finish is smooth and well-balanced and very refreshing.
A distinctive, full-bodied ruby coloured ale with a fruity aroma, a malty, fruity taste, with a light, hoppy bitterness, and a strong, balanced aftertaste.
Tasting Notes: Full bodied. Malty, fruity taste with light, hoppy bitterness. Strong but not sweet.
Challenger and East Kent Goldings plus oodles of Crystal Malt produce a dark ruby beer with a smooth malty finish and a bitter hoppy taste, followed by a fruity port-like finish.
Deceptively strong Pale Ale that is eminently quaffable. A pale-coloured beer with a light hop balance leads to a hoppy, fruity aroma and smooth, finish.

Brewed using Brambling Cross Severn Boar is a strong mellow beer with long-lingering fruity characteristics synonymous with Uley beers. Fruity with a smooth and balanced finish.
A copper coloured beer with hops and fruit in the aroma, and a malty, fruity taste underscored by a hoppy bitterness. The finish is long and dry, with a balance of hops and malt.

Tasting Notes: A celebration of English hops creating a beer that promises exotic overtones and a classic long Uley Finish.
A refreshing, light, thirst-quenching pale ale. With well-balanced characteristics of Slovenian, American and UK Hops.
Tasting Notes: Floral notes, in the aroma with hints of vanilla and fruit in the mouth. The finish is notably bitter and long.
