Initially brewed exclusively for the Students Union at ‘The University of Warwick’
Tasting Notes: This Copper coloured brew with rich malty overtones has gone down such a storm with the Real Ale Society, lecturers and students, that with a little arm twisting, they have allowed us to make it available elsewhere.
Tasting Notes:
A rich fruity beer, ruddy brown/amber in colour and easy drinking considering the strength so treat with caution!
Tasting Notes: A fruity, malty, toffee aroma leads onto a palate with overtones of spice and caramel. A warming alcoholic dry finish.
Lady Godiva famously rode naked through the streets of Coventry in a bid to persuade her husband to reduce the burden of taxation imposed on the local population.
Tasting Notes: An aromatic golden ale, with honey and malt on the nose. On the tongue a slightly sweet, biscuity maltiness is balanced by the rounded bitterness of the hops. The honeyed sweetness of the palate surrenders to a lingering bitterness in the finish.
The leafy lanes and rolling countryside of Warwickshire providing inspiration to Shakespeare. Enjoy the refreshing taste of a beer from the heart of the county.
Tasting Notes: A light easy drinking beer with a slightly spicy and delicate floral bitterness.
