All The Colours of The Dark 6.8

Black IPA blended with sour stout. Collaboration with HellFire Video Club. Inspired by the cult Italian psychedelic horror film of the same name.

Tasting Notes: 

Berliner Weisse 3.6

Combining a traditional kettle souring method with soft malt base, magnificent fruit notes from the hops and a twist of orange peel to deliver a tart, refreshing beer.

Chomp House Brew 6.6

A Pale Ale brewed to be paired with Chomp hamburgers.

Kaleidoscope 4.2

Just like the three mirrors that make up the internal chambers of these optical instruments to create an ever-changing picture, the Kaleidoscope series combines three different hops to create a seasonally evolving flavour profile.

Tasting Notes: Whilst the hops change, the intention remains the same - to create a beer that is harmonious, bright and refreshing.

Milk Shake 5.7

Copious chocolate malts laced with vanilla to create a luxurious, milkshake-rich dark beer.

Oddbins No. 7 5.0

Oddbins No. 7 is a limited edition contemporary Amber Ale brewed as a collaboration between Wiper and True and Oddbins.

Tasting Notes: Rich toffee and biscuit flavours are complimented by pine and stone fruit notes with a gentle bitter finish.

Porter Plum Pudding 6.5

Rich, dark malts brewed with the addition of dried fruits, cinnamon and lemon zest. Caramelised sugar and winter fruit flavours combine to a toasted finish.

Quintet 6.2

Made with an ever-changing combination of five princely hops, a beer of immense character, flavour and depth.

Red Orange 5.1

Rich sweet malts sharpened with hops that sing with notes of orange citrus, clementine and marmalade.

Rye Mild 4.9

Gooseberry and peach aromas pair with rich, sweet malts and a note of peppery rye.

Farmhouse Ale/Saison

Small Abbey Rye 3.9

A Trappist style ale brewed with a live yeast, rye and a seasonal twist of dates and orange zest. Dark with rich malts, caramelised sugars, warm stone fruits and a gentle spice to warm those cold winter days.

Small Beer 2.7

Vibrant with citrus, tropical fruit and berry flavours meandering to a gentle bitter finish.
