A bright crisp beer with an amber colour from the Maris Otter, Amber and Cara malts and a light citrusy bitterness from Cascade and Northdown Hops. A festive beer with a lingering finish.

Tasting Notes: 

Against the Grain 4.5

Wold Top Against The Grain has been declared the most beer like of all gluten free and low gluten free beers in taste tests.

Tasting Notes: Made from lager malt, maize, hops and yeast, it is a premium full flavoured bitter beer with a good creamy head, refreshing bitterness and citrus aftertaste.

Dawn Of Time 4

Dawn O’Time starts the year with a fresh golden light, the promise of longer days and a promising New Year

Tasting Notes: Home grown and Crystal malt form the base of this light golden pale ale, hopping from the fruity Goldings and Cascade hops create a refreshing fruity bitterness and lingering aftertaste.

Falling Stone 4.2

Maris Otter with a small amount of Chocolate malt for colour. Progress hops are used for aroma to complement the bittering qualities of Northdown.

Golden Summer 4.4

A beer for relaxing, sunshine and those long days of summer. Enjoy with Spice and all things nice!

Tasting Notes: Home grown malts with the triple hop mix of Styrian, Goldings and Cascade, create an amber beer that is both fruity and light but still has a subtle dry finish.

Headland Red 4.3

A red beer to halt you in your tracks, giving you a warm red glow! A mellow malty flavour, from Wold grown barley, dark crystal malt and roasted barley.

Tasting Notes: 

Hello Velo 4.2

A sparkling crisp ale with an earthy spiciness and honeyed marmalade overtones. The perfect finish to a ride through Yorkshires wolds, moors and dales.

Tasting Notes: This completely British beer is brewed with predominantly our own home grown barley, our own pure chalk filtered water and UK grown Goldings and First Gold hops.

Scarborough Fair 6

Interestingly brewed and triple hopped, this IPA is a strong and gluten free beer

Tasting Notes: Strong and well hopped for the voyage sending IPA from the Wolds to the World. Interestingly brewed with a pale Wold grown malt base, a triple hop blend and Maize for the head retention. Such triple hopped beers need hot full flavoured foods to accompany them!

Spring Fling 4.3

Home grown malts and Willamette hops give this easy drinking, straw coloured beer, a crisp bitterness with a hint of citrus aroma.

Wold Gold 4.8

Using traditional methods & utilising high class home grown malting barley & pure chalk filtered water from the farm''s borehole, the brewery produces award winning Real Ales in both cask & bottle.

Tasting Notes: Wold Gold is a light (in colour) beer whose taste belies its strength. A heady mix of Maris Otter, wheat & Cara malt together with Goldings & Styrian hops give the beer its soft fruity flavour with a hint of spice.

Wold Top Bitter 3.7

Wold Top Bitter is a light amber coloured, crisp clean aromatic session bitter. Home grown Barley malt and Northdown hops give an unusually full flavour and a long hoppy finish for its abv.

Wolds Way PA 3.6

An Uncomplicated brew using homegrown Maris Otter Malt with a hint of crystal and the purest Yorkshire Wolds Chalk filtered water from their own borehole together with Goldings and Cascade Hops.

Tasting Notes: Wolds Way’s fruity dryness refreshes, quenches and satisfies. The perfect reward after a day enjoying the rolling hills and steep dry valleys which characterise the Yorkshire Wolds.
