This pub has magnificent Gothic features, it really is beautiful though perhaps a bit 'Scooby Doo!' or 'GhostBusters' in the Winter. There are 3 bars including a fabulously quirky Gents Bar and a large pool room (used as a function room, holds 50 comfortably). Often used by Okells to test its latest bitters also specialising in ales from around the UK ( Eight Beer Engines all in use ). You are guaranteed a truly delicious pint here. The Landlord and his team are very welcoming as are the locals. We love this pub for its fabulous surroundings, its perfect pint and its Sunday Night Quiz. The Woodbourne is the Number One Cask Ale Pub in the Isle of Man.
