The Woodthorpe is situated on Bury Old Road Prestwich next to Heaton Park. It is a 19th century Victorian property. Formerly the family home of Sir Edward Holt, it was later converted to a pub/hotel in the 1950s.
Dine in the cosy and traditional bar area, or the luxurious Carvery and Function Room, which is available to hire for any occasion. There is a full range of traditional Joseph Holt real ales, together with carefully selected quality wines from around the world to complement our premier food menu.
