Our lager-ale hybrid… made with lager malt but fermented with ale yeast.
Tasting Notes: A balanced, easy-drinking beer with a clean, crisp finish. The perfect beer for chilling out with on a warm summer’s day.
Our winter seasonal and collaboration with local artisan chocolatier, Baravelli’s of Conwy.
Tasting Notes: This is a full-bodied, dark ale brewed with cocoa nibs, orange peel and milk sugar. Bitter orange peel is added at the end of the boil and freshly roasted cocoa nibs are added at the end of fermentation.
This dark ale is a showcase of malt and is inspired by the historic porter ales of London
Tasting Notes: Dark Bay is rich, malty and chocolatey with hints of coffee and caramel. Pairs perfectly with a rich chocolate desert or with toasted marshmallows around a campfire.
This is not your typical wheat beer – a half-barley malt, half-wheat malt base is elevated by a generous load of West Coast hops, finished with a Mosaic dry-hop.
Tasting Notes: The result is a light, refreshing beer with a big hit of tropical fruit.
Inspired by the US West Coast, we brew this hop heavy American Pale Ale with generous amounts of Cascade and Chinook hops
Tasting Notes: Expect citrus fruit and pine with a dry, bitter finish – our take on a modern classic.
