Enjoy a warm and friendly welcome from Mark and Paula at a traditional country pub. The Waggon & Horses is a public house dating back to the 1700’s located opposite the church in the attractive village of Steeple Morden on the borders of Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
Traditional value for money food is served Tuesday to Sunday. The menu features home-made specials including the popular ‘Paula’s Pie’.
Enjoy your meal in the intimate wood beamed restaurant or join the friendly locals in the bar. Real ales always available with a variety of guest beers.
The Waggon & Horses has a Caravan and Camping Club certificated site in a large secluded field to the rear of the pub. Electric hook-ups are available. Steeple Morden is conveniently situated for visiting the many attractions of Cambridge city and the Imperial War Museum at Duxford. Frequent trains for London and Cambridge run from nearby Ashwell and Morden or Royston stations.
BT Sport and Sky Sports now showing. Functions can be catered for any day of the week by arrangement.
