Dr Okells Eastern Spice is an extremely light coloured beer with an initial sweetness, the sweetness is counterbalanced by spicy hop notes.

Tasting Notes: Spices are also added to the beer and ginger and coriander come through on the aroma. Whilst chillies lend a spicy after-palate which manifests itself as a pleasant warming feeling which leads to a very moreish feeling, saying give me another.

Doctor Okell's is an extremely light coloured beer with a surprising full bodied taste.

Tasting Notes: The sweetness is offset by a very strong hopping rate. That gives the finished beer an over all roundness with very spicy lemony notes and a fine dry finish to counteract the initial sweetness.

A very light Gold Colour. Aromas of tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit and papaya. Initially sweet flavours of passion fruit and peach leading to an intense dry hop finish.

This is a smoked Celtic porter, with an initial sweet flavour leading to a full-bodied silky-smooth liquorice on the palate and a bitter hop finish.

A full bodied light golden-brown beer. A fairly lightly hopped beer but with however a distinct citric aroma and pronounced fruity hop afternotes.

MacLir is a superb Wheat Beer. Unlike lightly hopped Bavarian or Belgian wheat beers, MacLir also comes armed with a veritable oast house full of little green plants.

Tasting Notes: This beer has resin hops and lemon fruit on the aroma, banana and lemon in the mouth, and a big, bitter finish dominated by the hops, juicy malt and citrus fruit.

A dark reddish brown genuine mild with a fine rich malt aroma with a hint of Seville oranges.
