Family friendly, live music, great beer and food!
"What's happening at the Brit ?" that is what I'm hearing all the time.
Well to answer as best I can here is your update. The Britania was one of the best music venues in Thanet and it is our intention to make it that way again.
As well as being a music venue, we want the Brittania to be known as a family friendly pub, serving great beer and complimented with lovely food, in a comfortable enviroment.
Re furbishment is fully underway and we will kick off with a great weekend, August BankHoliday Friday 23rd Aug with the evergreen fabulous showband "THE INTERSEPT ORS" Saturday we have" BREED"playing from 9.00, and on Sunday It's FUNKY McJUNK at 5.30pm.
We will be reinstating the OPEN MIKE night on Thursdays,we will supply all the equipment just bring yourselves and whatever talent you may have along for a great fun evening. Anton of former Brit fame will be the guy to contact, so watch this page for details.
