This rich fruity ale is slightly darker and sweeter than the Traditional. Notes of summer fruits and caramel give way to a long bitter malt finish.
Tasting Notes:
Made from hops that are brewed with on the day they are picked and therefore not dried, the fresh hops add unique qualities to the beer. A surprising and slightly astringent drink, despite only having been produced since 2013
A full flavoured Kentish-style pale ale, packed with hops grown on Larkins Farm and with not a hint of grapefruit! This latest addition to the Larkins range is the colour of malt whisky, and is available year round.
The drink itself has an intense aroma of roasted grain, pungent hop resins and bitter chocolate. Dark dried and vinous fruits coat the palate, balanced by roasted grain and peppery hops.
This smooth Kentish style tawny session bitter provides a pleasing balance of our own hops and malt, with a surprisingly plentiful character for a beer of such low ABV
