Brewed using German Pilsner malt using a traditional step infusion mash. Hopped with Hersbrucker Hallertau noble whole hops. Refreshing, clean and smooth yet still full and flavoursome.

A pale ale in the new world style with a big citrus hop character and a thirst-quenching dry finish.
Tasting Notes: Brewed using the highest quality Pale Ale, Maris Otter and Wheat malts and hopped with a blend of American Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe whole hops.
Brimstone 10 is a red IPA brewed specially to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Crafted using the finest malted barley with a fearsome blend of 5 whopping big "C" hops (Cascade, Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Columbus).
Tasting Notes: A fiendish volley of citrus fruit and morish, pithy bitterness balance the rich, ruby malt background.
Brewed using a blend of the finest English Pale ale, Maris Otter, Crystal and Cara malts with a little bit of added Wheat.
Tasting Notes: Infused with a wonderful concoction of Simcoe, Cascade, Bramling Cross and Savinjski Golding whole hops that gives the beer a hop character that will delight even the most hardened hophead. Light gold very hoppy Pale Ale with spicy, herbal notes and a floral, citrus finish.
Tasting Notes: Crafted using the finest malted barley and a blend of Brewers Gold, Mount Hood and Chinook whole hops it is then conditioned for at least 2 weeks with an obscene amount of dry hops for intense flavour and aroma.
Karst Amber Rye is brewed using Munich, Cara and Rye malt over a base of Maris Otter.
Tasting Notes: Hopped with Bramling Cross, Calypso, and Mosaic. Ripe stone and tropical fruit flavours and a spicy kick from the rye balance the strong malt character of this twist on a classic American recipe.
