Located next to St Benedict's Church in Glastonbury, Somerset, you will find the Mitre Inn, which was built in 1680 – although local legend has it that a tavern has been sited here since the sixth century! It is a friendly local pub with regulars who enjoy meeting visitors and making them feel welcome.
We sell a variety of wines, beers, lagers and ales as well as serving good home-cooked food. We host a variety of weekly events, such as live folk music and we currently have 6 skittles teams, which play regularly throughout the week.
We have two function rooms, which can be hired; the downstairs room can host large parties for major events, while upstairs the smaller room is ideal for meetings, presentations and private meals.
