he Butchers Arms in Carhampton, built in 1638 is a family friendly village pub with a tranquil yet lively atmosphere. Ideally situated close to Minehead and within easy reach of Taunton the village of Carhampton is an ideal place for exploring Exmoor national park, the Quintock hills and Blue Anchor bay. The recognisable inn sign was constructed in aluminium and other non ferrous materials by the internationally renowned sculptor and artist, Rachel Reckitt. There is an extensive childrens adventure play area. We also welcome well behaved dogs.
