Varsity Wolverhampton is situated on the corner of Stafford Street and Wulfruna Street, right next door to the University and just a short walk from the train/bus stations and Wolverhampton Wanderers football ground.

Varsity Wolverhampton is a local favourite amongst students and office workers; whether you're looking for a quiet drink, a bite to eat, post-match celebrations/commiserations or just a big night out, we're the venue to choose.
We offer a wide variety of entertainment with not only a great bar downstairs (complete with a sheltered smoking area and air-conditioning) but also the famous Venue upstairs.

The bar downstairs offers a nice relaxed atmosphere perfect for dining or just chilling out with mates. In the evening it transforms into a vibrant night spot suitable for every party or occasion.
Upstairs in the Venue you can catch a wide variety of live entertainment from bands and comedy to hypnotists and ladies nights. In the past it has seen such acts as Travis, Stereophonics, Queens of the Stone Age and Muse perform on the stage. So why not check out our listings for full details?
During the day the Venue offers a perfect place to hold meetings and training sessions as well as a practice and rehersal space for many activities.
